Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after the payment?

A confirmation email is sent to the address used to finalize your purchase a few minutes after the order is placed.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder as in some cases it could end up there.

If you are unable to locate the email on your spam/junk folder, use the form on this page to reach out to us and we will be happy to confirm that for you.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

Note that you don’t need a PayPal account to checkout and pay with PayPal.

PayPal also accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

What are the delivery charges for orders from Mini Learners?

The delivery price for orders within the European Union is €3.95 and for all other locations is €4.75.

How long will delivery take?

Items are currently being shipped from Lithuania. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Delivery time within Europe is approx 1-2 weeks.

Delivery time for all other locations excluding European countries is approx 2-5 weeks.

Please note: These delivery times are estimates only and this may vary depending on location.

Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?

We are confident you will love our products as much as we love making them.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or a store credit.

Please send us a message using the form on the contact page to inform us.

The items must be returned unused, and in its original condition.

All return shipping costs are payable by the customer.

We recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during delivery and consider using tracked or registered mail carrier to track your item for your own peace of mind.

Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the conditions above.
